Information for Ticket Holders
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Comfort Food Cabaret at the Weber Grill Academy. Here’s some important information for ticket holders - please share with those attending with you.
Location: The Weber Grill Academy is located on level 3 at 142 Fullarton Rd, Rose Park. It’s across the road from Victoria Park racecourse. Entry to the building is via Watson Street.
Parking: There is ample parking across the road in the parking bays at the racecourse or in surrounding streets. Please do not park in the Weber car park as it’s shared by other businesses and locks up for the evening during the show. You’ll get locked in.
Covid-19: On arrival you’ll be required to check in via the QR Code displayed or sign in if you don’t have a smartphone. This is for COVID-19 tracing as required by the State Government.
Tickets: All ticket holder names will be printed on a list. There’s no need to bring your tickets.
Accessibility: There are a couple of flights of stairs to get up to the Grill Academy and there is a small lift for those unable to use the stairs. The venue is completely accessible for those in wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs.
Bar: The Grill Academy bar will be serving drinks from 6pm - please note that the Grill Academy is a cashless venue. Please bring credit and debit cards.
Dietary Requirements: When you arrive upstairs you’ll be asked if you have dietary requirements. If you do have any please explain them to our staff when asked because if we know these in advance we’re likely to be able to cater for you. Due to the pace of the show we’re unable to cater to dietary requirements we’re unaware of. You’re welcome to email info@comfortfoodcabaret.com with your name, show date and dietary requirements.
Seating arangements: Groups are able to be seated together in relaxed theatre style. If you’ve booked tickets separately for a group of friends make sure you arrive early to grab your seats together. Social distancing rules are obviously in place.
Getting there: The Weber Grill Academy is only a short walk from Fringe hubs Gluttony and GOUD. Uber’s and Taxi’s regularly service the area.
Show duration is 75 minutes. The bar will be open before, during and after the show.
